Users are registered by the admins. Once the user’s employee data has been processed the employee will receive an email indicating that their CLC account has been created. That email will contain access and login information. They cannot register themselves.
Unfortunately, you are unable to self-register for the CLC. The administrator will provide you with your login information via e-mail once your account has been created. If you did not receive an e-mail, I'd be happy to check if you have an account.
